Birth, Baby & Beyond was conceived of many years ago by Tammy Bayer.  After working as a doula for several years, Tammy wanted find a location to use for meetings with doula clients and for holding classes.  She saw a need for a resource center, where families could go to learn and meet up with other families.  

Tammy never imagined owning a retail store.  But as she created a space for a resource center, she also discovered that a retail space would be a wonderful addition.  For over 10 years BB&B was the driving force to bring many unique products to the area - cloth diapers, baby carriers, a huge selection of nursing bras for any shape of woman.  Along the way Tammy found a number of wonderful women who also share a passion for educating others on this path called parenting.  

After 10 years of combining a thriving doula business and a successful retail store, Tammy decided to return to the single focus of doula services.  The retail shop was closed at the end of January 2017.  Several classes and playgroups are still hosted by BB&B in the area.
